In these 1-2 hour sessions, I will guide your group through breathing exercises and techniques that have been designed to bring peace, ease and healing to your mental, physical, and spiritual being.

Group sessions are available for 5 or more people, and pricing is determined based upon the needs of the group. After you request your session below, I will send you a questionnaire that will help me to understand your group’s unique needs and intentions for the breathwork. Within 72 hours of receiving your questionnaire I will send you a quote for your group session.

Your session will be tailored specifically to your group and will include visualizations and affirmations. All group sessions are live, and can be done in person or virtually. Sessions will be schedule within 1-6 months of the request.
