Welcome to my virtual apothecary, Leaf & Letter. I have received training in Herbal Medicine and Flow Breathwork, and am a lifelong bookworm who believes that books have the power to heal.

After purchasing an intuitive ritual and remedy you will be prompted to fill out a form to indicate how you are feeling, designate your remedy preferences (book, tea, and/or reflection questions), and provide me with a little additional information about yourself. Everything you share with me will be considered sacred and confidential.

You can expect to receive your ritual and remedy from me within 48 hours of submitting your form. Links will be provided for all elements of your ritual and remedy.
