It started with a post on social media.

WHERE IS THIS COTTAGE IN THE WOODS IN BEYONCE'S VIDEO, WHERE ALL THESE GLORIOUS BLACK WOMEN GO TO COMMUNE OVER THEIR SHARED #‎BLACKGIRLMAGIC AND SIP #‎LEMONADE? IS THERE A #‎CAMPLEMONADE? HOW DOES ONE GET AN INVITATION? BEYONCÉ, I'M NOT EVENING KIDDING THOUGH.

 Then one woman replied and said, "I need you to host a retreat and call it exactly this: Camp Lemonade." Then another woman commented echoing that sentiment, then another and another. The response was so amazing, and beautiful and almost overwhelming, that I figured, why not? Let's do this!

2 years ago a small group of Black women gathered for the first Camp Lemonade. We broke bread together. Talked with one another. Journaled together. Uplifted each other.

This year’s retreat will be virtual, but it will be just as affirming.

Camp registration is tiered to make it more accessible. The tiers are $15, $30 and $45. The actual cost of the retreat is $30. The $45 tier is meant to offset the $15 tier. Please select the tier that is most comfortable for you.

20% of all proceeds from Camp Lemonade will be donated to The Loveland Foundation Therapy Fund which provides therapy support to Black women and girls across the country.
